Stein was a good professor. He really loves music. Dont get the cds, hell go over the listening in class. If you pay attention to reviews he gives, you will pass fine. There are 2 concert reports SUPER EASY. Youll pass with little to no effort, just study a lil off his reviews.

This class is super easy if you study. Professor stein is super cheesy and his jokes are horrible it makes me cringe. He doesnt let you ask your neighbors questions without yelling at you for talking he is rude and disrespectful and wouldnt take again

He is one of the easiest teachers. You don't learn much from the class but most people don't need to know the material outside of the class anyway. He is kind of a jerk I thought. If he hears you say one word in class he stops and calls you out. It was pretty silent the whole semester. Tests were easy, 2 papers and they are easy.

I loved having Mr. Stein as my MUS teacher. He is an easy grader and caring. I literally do not know how you can fail this class. He always curves the quizzes so I had over 100% in the class. My tips: 1. Don't buy the CD. He has clips in class. 2. Show up, pay attention, listen, do the concert reports and you'll get an A. This class is so easy!

Great professor, great class. Just a couple of really easy quizzes and 2 easy concert reports. He posts all his power points online, curves his quizzes, and usually lets class out early. Literally the best, such a great guy.

This was an easy class to take if you need a non-western course. I didn't use the CDs that were required once, so if you just pay attention to the clips that he plays in class you'll be fine. He is a pretty laid back professor and an easy grader for the very few assignments and tests that there were.

Prof. Stein is a great teacher. One of the easiest classes Ive had. Lets class out early every single day and theres never homework. Only suggestion is to read over notes before your quizzes/tests. Besides that, easy class and great professor

One of the easiest classes I've taken. He is a very nice guy. I did not buy the book or the CDs, and I am passing with over 100%. I mainly just study for the tests, which are easy (if you study and know the material). The songs on the CDs can be found on youtube or on his powerpoints. The book material is in his notes, so don't waste your money!

This man is the sweetest professor at RVC by far! his class is the easiest you can possibly take as there are only 7 quizzes and they are always curved. He always lets class out early. There is no homework except for the two concert reports which are an easy man. I love his teaching and how compassionate he is about music!!! he is the best!!

By far the easiest professor at Rock Valley. You have 7 quizzes but they're really easy, plus he curves, so some quizzes I received over a 100%. The class always gets off atleast a half-hour early as well. You also got 2 concert reflections but as long as you do them they're both easy 100s. Take this course if you need an easy fine arts course.

Professor Stein is great! His class is very easy and always posts powerpoints online. Honestly you only really need to show up for the tests, just know the material. You also have to attend two concerts and write reports but those are easy A's, he tells you exactly what he wants.

Easiest class that you will probably have in your college career. I passed this class with a breeze. However, this class could've been more fun and interactive. All you do is sit and he lectures the whole hour, which is interesting information but it's a boring way to teach. Overall, nice professor and should be an easy A.

Professor Stein is wonderful! The material was very easy. I've gotten A's on all my tests other than a high B one. Do not whisper in class or check your phone HE WILL NOTICE. He will call you out in front of the class. He is very nice though and caring as long as you respect him! Really knows his stuff. Will definitely be taking him again!

Prof Stein was great! Sometimes his notes could be a bit confusing, but as long as you come to class (which you don't have to) you'll be fine. We had quite a few quizzes, but they were easy. I guessed on half of them and passed with an A. We had to do two, 2 page concert reports, which also weren't bad. I would take again.

Professor Stein is one of the most sweetest teachers I have had so far. He is very funny and helpful. Never check your phone or check the time on your phone in class or he will stop talking during the lecture and stare at you. Tests are not that hard as long as you have an ear for music. Is very willing to help. Easy A!

One of the best teachers I have ever had at RVC. Very nice man who shows that he loves what he does and covers in class. Great stories and what he teaches is very clear and is on the tests. He cares about his students and shows that he wants them to pass. I took him twice and if I could for a third time then I would. He is worth taking for sure.

Best teacher. If you're looking for easy credits to fulfill your associates requirements MUS 104 & 106 are your classes to take. All you do is take notes and then take quizzes. No homework other than 2 concert reports a semester and they're easy.

He is a really sweet man. His class is super easy. I got straight A's on all of his tests and concert reports. With that being said, you actually have to study for his tests. The tests are short and took about 15 minutes to finish. WARNING: do NOT text or talk out of turn in his class. He can go from sweet to angry in 2.5 seconds if you are caught.

He is the cutest old man ever! His class is super easy if you attend his review day and do the review sheets. The CD's are not necessary to buy. He will go over things if you do not understand. Very easy A if you do what is asked! Although dont think he wont notice your slight whispers or cell phone, he has bionic ears & eyes!!
