Kewei Hou was teaching me derivatives 1 last year. He is super nice, intelligent and patient. He can make the sophisticated knowledge easy to understand. I learned a great deal of derivatives 1 than the derivatives 2, which was taught by another professor.

Mr. Hou is very nice and professional, you can learn a lot from him. There are 2 exams. Higher score exam weighs 60% and exams were very straight forward. If you want to learn and get an A. Avoid Green, take Hou.

I learned more about derivative securities in pretty much every other class. Not only is he a terrible professor, but his exams are only trick questions that you can't understand even if you've been in the options biz for a while Avoid at all cost.
