She was very confusing. 3 big assignments, 3 big tests, plus the final. Any prof that uses Sam cebgage website as tests must have never personally used it. One click on the wrong thing and the question is wrong. The assignments were easy because it's all taught in the book step by step. Tests are easy but tricky.

CCNA class. She was a really good teacher and helpful with breaking things down for you. Before the tests she normally talks to u about things u need to know and if u listen and READ the chapter u will come out with atleast a B. I loved this teacher!!!

stepping foot in class on the 1st day, i thought she was going to make this course tough. however, she really eased up as the semester went on. she was willing to help you only if you put forth the effort. easy,just have to know MS office.a lot of work? honestly only the tests count and their the same as the pract, rest are participation only.. I really liked Mrs. Copley. She was down to Earth and was no nonense. The material was easy enough as long as you kept up with it. You can leave class once you are done with that day's assignments. It doesn't get any better than that!

She is nice but was less than helpful at explaining assignments. She had a T.A that couldn't even speak english and knew nothing about computers. So, if you had a question you had to figure it out yourself. She also refuses to inform you of your progress. Too much busy work and you mostly spend time learning things you've known since grade school.

I really like Mrs. Copley. She is a very nice professor that is willing to make adjustments for you - if you put forth an effort. Class is super simple. If you do your work and go to class you could pass with your eyes closed. Only one presentation with step by step instructions and guidelines, piece of cake. Take this class for easy A!

Any complaints here are from ignorant freshmen that would be better off learning a trade. Great personality, very helpful, do your work and take the practice tests and you will get a 100 like I did. Pointless class? Well, yeah, it is IT101, but what is wrong with knowing you will get an A?

Shes an okay teacher, but IT is a very pointless class. All you do is copy word, excel, and other docs. out of a book! ITS POINTLESS!! I didn't learn a single thing that i didn't already know! Though if you are having trouble (during class) she is willing to come back and help you. But dont even think about getting out of class help.

She seemed to have personal problems when I had her. She proly didn't even make it to half of my 2 day a week classes. She didn't care about my grade when I asked her. Wasn't avaible for help. She didn't teach and never was there I feel like people who had her wasted their money on an education cause I didn't get one. As a person she seems nice.
