The absolute worst professor I have ever had at any level of education. She is utterly incompetent. Property is a difficult subject matter and Crane makes it worse. I should have demanded a refund. JMLS should have fired her years ago.

Crane does not make clear how she grades papers. She doesn't give you any indication how she grades any of your weekly reflections.I still don't know what i got on them. She spends most time in class on tangents that are unrelated to the material (to fill time & space).GPA booster class for the most part, but be careful - her grading is unclear.

I had her Property first semester. I waited until my final semester to take her Negot Inst, hoping someone else would teach it. She may know the law, but she can't convey it. She directly contradicts the text. When preparing for her exam, I was left to wonder, write what the law is, or she she said it was. AVOID HER. I won't donate until she's go

She is, by far, the WORST professor I have ever had. She was unclear and said "ummmm" 10,000 times per class. She taught absolutely nothing and I was forced to learn the entire class from supplements. It's sad that JMLS allows this to go on. Barbri's 3 hour lecture taught me more than I learned in the entire semester with her.

Dean Crane reaches out but fellow students kept quite and complain out in the halls. I would doubt if any of them even took the time to express their concerns to her. If they did, they would have found that she is not only willing but able to help the student understand the substance of the class. This was certainly the case for me.

Terrible Professor. Use the tution you would spend on her course and instead apply it to a bar review course. Trust me, you will learn more from one, single three hour bar review lecture than you will ever learn from Crane for an entire semester!

She is indicative of the lack of JMLS's overall quality of education and the fact that she is still here represents JMLS's complacency and refusal to take the steps necessary to become a better law school. The fact that she is still teaching at JMLS is one reason why I will never contribute funds to JMLS as an alumnus.

I didn't mind the class or Prof. Crane's teaching style. However, the exam was unfair. We spent the majority of the semester covering negotiable instruments and one week on letters of credit. A large portion of the exam was letters of credit. Nobody was prepared for an in-depth essay on LOC.
