Comment:

D'Antonio is a very nice man who is extremely knowledgeable about the subject of statistics. Math is not my strong suit, but I was able to pull an A with his honest feedback and strong teaching skills. He is also empathetic of the needs of students who struggle with math, which to me shows that he is a stand up guy. Take him.

I took this stats class in the summer because it was a pre-req for all my classes. I was expecting to be lost and busting my butt all summer but D'Antonio was always clear and very helpful when you have questions. He assigned homework but didn't check it. Tests weren't bad as long as you kept up with the work. Definitely take him if you ca!

Dr. D'Antonio is a great professor. He's willing to help and answer questions. Attendance isn't mandatory, at least for precalc. He is pretty fair, and he makes the class fun. Taking notes in class is a must. The tests are based off of the problems done in class. I would definitely recommend taking him.

Had for stats and history of math. Tough courses but he is a really good professor. Very knowledgeable on the subject and really wants the students to understand. Also has a good sense of humor. Just don't talk during his lecture or he'll flip out! Sometimes rambles on but its usually pretty interesting. Definitely take him for an upper level math.

Taught my first year seminar. Knows his stuff but does not stay on subject at all. Lectures on random topics and then assigned papers and assignments completely unrelated. Definitely an easy A though, almost not worth it.

He taught history of math for FYS. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable but this muddles his teaching style. He frequently goes off on long tangents and rarely sticks to the syllabus. He doesn't expect you to attend class or participate in discussion often. Overall he's a nice guy but I would not reccommend taking any sort of lecture based class with him.

D'Antonio is a nice man. He will teach and randomly tell a strange story right in the middle of the lesson. I did good in the class and am extremely terrible at math. Definitely a good class to take.

What a great professor! I took him for Geometry, Statistics and History of Math and those classes were the best. Make sure to take notes because those are very useful for the hw and the exams. The lowest hw grade is dropped. Midterm and final are open book and notes. In Geom and hist. classes we had to write a research paper. Larry is an easy grade

Good teacher. Follow what he writes on the board, pay attention, it helps. Do the homework and it's easy. He gives 8 quizzes but only 5 of them count, which you choose. Meaning if you fail most of them, you can choose to pass or fail the class. The 2 tests were fair if you knew the material. Hard final. I got an A.

I really liked his class. He lets you use your calculators for everything unlike the other stats teacher. Also he speaks plain english... w/ no accent. Anyway, he was a really good teacher and i would recommend him to nursing students.

although he can be confusing at times, he knows what he is talking about and teaches it in a very organized manner. his quizzes are easy if you pay attention in class and there are only 2 tests. easiest math class i've ever had. if you need this class, take him.
