Don't bother going to class. He doesn't take attendance and he just reads straight from the book. Just read the vocab words and find out from your friends when the quizzes are. And you're guaranteed an A, if you study.

He graded way too hard and was always changing his mind on what the translation was. You can't get away from taking him if you need Latin tho, there's only one Latin class. It's also hard to understand his grading system and why he took off points, he doesn't even know.

His class is hard and requires a TON of memorization. His grading scale also sucks (92 is an A). However, he is really smart and definetely knows what he is talking about. He has a sense of humor and made this a really interesting class, even though I have no interest at all in Greek and Latin.

Hardest teacher at the University. Latin should not be as difficult as he makes it. Here's a clue...use the board and write out all of the forms instead of expecting us to know it. Made Latin the worst mistake I have ever made. GPA? Going down by the minute. Bad Teacher. Nice Guy. D-

Latin is *totally* hard, but he really likes the language. Around half the class dropped, but that's because you have to work hard. The class moves very quickly, and you totally have to study hard to do well. Gotta love Gaichas!

such an incredibly difficult course...half of the class dropped. he moves incredibly fast too, so you better know what you're doing. paying attention just in class will not be enough. be prepared to do a lot of work including learning a s***load of vocab.
