This professor is extremely hard and unhelpful. Went to on campus tutors, paid attention in class, did the homework, and still struggled to get by. Now have to retake next semester; she doesn't care about her students and expects everyone to understand her high-pace teaching style. Wish I would have checked this before taking. Huge waste of money!

i swear she's the worst professor i've had so far. THE WORST. do not take her, she makes a easy class feel like heart surgery. and gives tricky quizzes and tests.

Comment:

Collects a random problem from each chapter but goes over problems days before its due. She was fair with curving of the Tests/quizzes but material is difficult to study. She is nice but the material is hard. You have to work your ass off in this class. Got a C+. Probably my toughest class so far and i thought that stat was supposed to be easy!

She's tough but she went over homework before it was due. The homework and quizzes were hard but you needed to do it to get an idea of what the test would look like. I think the curving for tests was HUGE though (i thought a failed them but I got Cs on all of them). I ended up with a C for the semester. You have to work hard to pass this class.

THIS PROBABLY THE WORST TEACHER I HAVE EVER HAD. THE AMOUNT OF WORK YOU RECEIVE IS THE SAME AS FOR A DOCTORATE DEGREE.HOMEWORK, SHE ASSIGNS EVERY POSSIBLE QUESTION THEN COLLECTS ONE BY SURPRISE. She is a nice lady but can't teach at all. She speeds through the text book and all the lessons and the tests are sooo hard. She gives a chapter of homework a night (odd numbered problems) and you have to hand in a problem from the homework every class. THIS CLASS IS HORRIBLE! She raced through the textbk like a bat out of math hell. 3 hrs of pure torture every Mon night. My cousin struggled dur. the 3 wk summer session when she still tried to cover all 28 chapters of the book! Don't even bother complaining to the dept chair "they never hear bad things about her" YEAH RIGHT! ARE YOU READING THIS!?

Taken her 2x, never missed a class. Smart teacher but can't teach. Tests are way too hard. Was one of the top students in her class and ended up with a C+. Next to Biochem, this was the hardest class I've ever had. Do yourself a huge favor and take anyone else. Nice lady but she is not a good teacher. I also blame the dept for making her teach it.

She's the type of teacher that makes things more difficult. After explaining / grading tests she THEN teaches you the easiest and most effective ways to answer the questions. She's Very discouraging, and thus you are intimidated to even participate or ask questions. Waste of tuition. Anyone writing *nice* things about her on here is probably HER.

WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD. I've got my BA already and came to Montclair for grad school so I've had many many professors. I have come to the conclusion that she is not only the worst professor, but truely EVIL! Her teaching skills are at an all time low- I cant even begin to list off the reasons why... all i can say is STAY AWAY FROM HER!

test are nothing like book questions. lets you out late everyday some times 2 quizes in a class. goes really fast. two chapeters in a class some time. projects are really had. I dont know how she has a job still, my class started out with around 30 students and theres 9 left about and even some of them are failing. dont take this class.

Professor Scuideri teaches so fast and is constantly giving quizes. She tries to cover like 5 chapters in 1 class period and confuses the heck out of everyone. She knows her stuff and means well but she needs to slow it down. :-/

I don't always check this site before I register for a class, but I did this time. I was prepared for the worst but what I experienced was worse than I expected. This professor believes that all people can learn at the same speed that she can and has. If you are not fast with a graphing calculator, or excel, or taking tests in general, stay away

If your taking statistics, stay away from this lady..she's boring,snobby,unhelpful, and her tests are impossible. She's always trying to trick you with some dumb question on her quiz so watch out..Class is easy in the begining but becomes impossible at the end...drop her,avoid her!
