Lynn Basham was a great teacher. I really was not fond of the material in the class, but Lynn made it fun and interesting to write about. He loves his textbook, and we had one one-page paper a week. The work was not especially difficult, but if you missed days you would be left behind. He did, however, make it easy to procrastinate!

Great teacher, great person! He makes class really interesting and fun, with lots of great discussions. You read several articles each week and write a paper on them. Revise till they are all A's and you will have an A in the class! He really makes you think about things, and its really great to have that intellectual stimulation.

Great teacher -- funny, engaging. Loves to teach and enjoys getting to know his students. Requires good grammar, spelling and technique. Complete required weekly writings, revise until you have an A. Great guy, laid-back. Best English class I could have taken.

He makes a core class that no one wants to take into something fun. He likes to play with his students' minds. Getting an A is fairly easy; you write an article almost every week, and he has you revise it for grammar and clarification until you have an A on the paper. You get an A in the class if all of your essays have As on them at the end.

Horrible class. He is very leniant about deadlines but class time is such a waste. He rambles on with story telling. You're better off taking the class correspondence.
