I took this class over a year ago but figure I give this professor a rating since she was def one of the best teachers I have ever had. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. Nice lady, very fair and interesting. The subjects are something we will use at some time in our lives. Take this class only with Dr. C!

A lot of group work and class participation. We had to do one 5 page paper, a group project, and 2 mid-term exams. A nice lady, very young. You hardly use the book so it's your discretion if you want to buy it or not.

Lots of work 4 this class. Make sure you do your textbook reading assignments, she doesn't remind you to do them, but the tests are based off of the readings. So she's a little deceiving in that aspect. Overall, the class is interesting and she uses fun activities to introduce different topics. It's worth taking, and she's very nice.

Boring class. We learn things we're already familar with. You need to go to NSE events and write a paper about it [and have proof you went]. She's not very helpful or clear when it comes to the projects. This class was pretty pointless.

The classes were very fun. We never had homework. The tests were ok but we never opened the book during class. The tests contained alot of material from the book and if you dont read you may just pass the class with a C or B from general knowledge.

Okay...Marie is a really nice lady and there really wasn't any homework except for some journals and volunteer hours outside of class that counted toward our grade. But honestly, there were too many guest speakers and unfair grading of our exams

take this class, but only with her...she is wonderful. The class sessions are inivative and exciting. There is almost never a lecture from her. No HOMEWORK...just journals. EXAMS are fair. Defintely would recommend to everyone!!!!
