Mr. Cobb is EXTEREMELY laid back. He is a nice guy. He lectures the entire class period. His test are really easy. Matching words and definitions and one essay question. (He will tell the class the essay questions before the test, if someone ask.) You are required to write two 5 page papers on your own philosophical thinking, which is pretty fair.

A very knowledgeable teacher. Has a very analytical mind. Likes to have discussions with the class which makes it fun. Test and papers are fair and graded accordingly. A super teacher!

Take during the day or else you will have to deal with a lot of older people and that makes class slower because it is a discussion class. His test are hard(So Study Everything), but he grades papers pretty easily. He's pretty funny. Class is interesting.

Mr. Cobb was one of the best professors I had at PJC. Although we have different views, he never offended me by anything he had to say. He is a very fair teacher. Knows material very well and he is a great teacher.

See mark is a really strange guy sometimes. I dont agree with his ethics or political stance at all. However, if you have trouble with his class and tell him he will give you more time. Alot of reading is involved. Overall good guy.
