A terrible teacher does not explain his notes well very messy. If you never took calculus before, you will either end up failing the class or getting a C at best. Doesn't explain what he wants for the Math Labs and only explains what he wants after he grades them. If you go for extra help bring him questions because he won't do it for you.

AWFUL Teacher. he is a smart guy and knows what he is talking about but he does not know how to teach the material. if you are struggling in his class, definitely look elsewhere for help. try not to have him as a teacher

DO NOT DO IT!!!!! He is not a good professor. Unfortunately he cannot teach material well but he is knowledgeable about the topic. He gives weekly quizzes which KILLED my grade. He teaches something and expects you to know it the next day. Good luck!

The course is just really hard for this class. It is not his fault in general, yet he can explain things more in detail. When he gives out review sheets, people do better. The tests are expected and there are pop quizzes. He is helpful when you go see him outside of class. Just lots of work to be done in the class to begin with. Get help asap

The way this guy grades his tests are ridiculous. He is very inconsistent and lacks an understanding for students that get the concept but makes a simple algebraic mistake. Grading is very hard, and explanations of the material are difficult to understand. DON'T recommend!

This guy is really cool though he is the worst math professor I've had ever, he never explains anything well enough and has the aroggance of a tiger shark. extremely nice guy. i got to talking to him one on one, a little eccentric but a great person. however, he is the worst teacher i have ever had. he does NOT know how to teach and expects everyone to know everything after showing an example on the board. terrible handwriting, do not know what he writes half the time. avoid him for math

If you're not a comfortable calculus student, you will not do well in this class. He is not that good at explaining things. He is willing to help if you seek him out, and he does curve a tremendous amount, so no matter what you do, it won't be a disaster. Just have to study A LOT on your own.

Seriously...he's not THAT bad. If he is the worst teacher you ever had, then I envy your fortune. He's a little hard to understand sometimes, his notes can be all over the place, but he is always willing to help. His tests are supremely straight forward, almost straight out of the homework.
