Ruben is awesome. I enjoyed his class very much despite how Early it was. Material is interesting and he adds his own little anecdotes in. Awesome class with an awesome teacher, I recommend it.

he's a really funny guy who tells good stories about his life in class. the lectures were pretty good, but sometimes they got a little boring. he explains the readings and rewords them into layman's terms that are easier to understand.

Ruby is an awesome guy, but his class is a bit too far on the easy side. Any e-mails or questions are received kindly and responded to very clearly. And he's entertaining too...the only thing he could change to make this class better would be to kick it up a notch, to push people to learn more.

This class is revolved around extremely important issues, but going to class is not extremely important. However, Ruby does give some pop quizzes so watch out. He tries hard but sometimes can be easy to tune out. I secretly want Ruby!

Ruby has a bad case of "too much information." He loves to talk about himself in class and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's real bad. Class is easy and once I engaged him in an hour long discussion on queer issues during office hours

Ruby was awesome! Anyone who can pull off BCG glasses gets a 10 in my book :-) He's funny and has great stories and somehow manages to make them apply to the class, plus he draws a mean cartoon bunny.
