Prof. El-Gamal held interesting and interactive lectures throughout the semester. His understanding of the content and his teaching style were very appealing as attendance was always high. Going to class and tutorials and doing practice midterms was helpful and there were no surprises in the exams. Would definitely recommend this class!

Professor El-Gamal is an exceptional lecturer- engaging, clear and passionate. He has a special way of connecting with his students and teaching in a memorable and dynamic way. This makes him stand out among the often monotone and uninterested professors we so often encounter at McGill. Overall...10/10

Great professor, makes the class dynamic, engaging and entertaining. Explains things well, answers questions, is funny and is obviously passionate about the material himself. Definitely a great choice for a lecturer! Could be a little more available outside of class though and I also wish there were assignments in addition to exams.

This guy gives really great lectures. However, what he lectures on and what he tests on don't always seem to match up. Also, he tests using multiple choice which does NOT seem fair in this class.

He's a really good prof and wants us to actually understand the material, not just regurgitate problems. Also, one of the TA's has been extremely helpful. The first midterm was hard, but was definitely fair. He seems to have improved a lot from old ratings

He only promotes himself. Once he took a class project by students and went to patent it. Otherwise, the material taught is good for technicians in third world - no way to make living out of that.

Morad Algamal is a great professor, but all his teaching assisstants suck big time. They are all mentally sick people with no life whatsoever. Theyre the best example of how electrical engineering might turn you into a loser.

Good Class, Great Prof. Considering that this is the last course in analog electronics that is mandatory, it is Very well done! El-Gamal gives the course a very personal touch as he seems to have plenty of industry experience!
