As Dean, he would replace EXPERIENCED personal and replace them with his inexperienced buddies. People with no understanding of computers would be in charge of them. People with no understanding of electronics would teach. He never considered how that decision would hurt Devry, the students and its REPUTATION. As an Instructor? HA
