Professor Aloi is a great teacher. Despite what others have said, she is really helpful because she knows A LOT about what she's teaching. She gives great feedback and really helps you improve. Her laidback style and repectful classroom standards make the class even better. If you put the work in, she will too.

She's very laid back, the classroom setting is so relaxed, and she's a great conversationalist. She definitely knows her stuff. It's true, she doesn't take crap from anyone, and demands respect in the classroom-but who wouldn't? When it comes down to helping her students, she's always available and provides great commentary.

Very Laid back and relaxed feeling. If you hate strict schedules and like relaxed converstion, Take Peg. She doesn't stick to the schedule often but she's fair and knows what she's talking about. Very good!

Easily the worst prof i've ever had here. No sylabus with a schedule, she seemed to be making it up as she goes, little discussion at all, no plan for a thoughtful progression of topics. She is a bully (not to me, but to others), i was very interested in this course and ending up hating going to class. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Not bad but not really great either. She takes FOREVER to grade things and doesn't do much lecturing... we mostly watch stuff in class. On the other hand, she does have a great sense of humor, wit, sarcasm, etc. Just don't be snotty/rude with her and it'll be fine.

This was the worst teacher ever! Not only did she never return work. She dropped me down a grade because I was late to class on a couple of excused occasions. Although I had recieved nothing lower then an A- on any assignment, she gave me a B because of my attitude and attendence when all absenses were excused and my attidtude was fine. She sux

Sometimes she's all right. The whole class is entirely subjective and most of her opinions annoy me. She tries to grade based on effort, but the work is creative so it's not bad. She pretty much makes up assignments as she goes. If you get her to like you, you'll do well.

Allright, I have the answer. I have figured it out. Peg hates big classes and freshman. She dislikes teaching classes like MA100 but loves Concept Development and other small classes. If you're a freshman, keep your mouth shut and you'll do fine. Otherwise, enjoy her sarcastic humor.

Great teacher with priceless stories that I truly wish I had the audio recorded for future reference. Amazing stories and great teacher. I really wish she taught more classes so that I could have her once more before I graduate.

I wasn't interested in this class at all, but took it only because she was teaching it. She is the funniest most awesome professor at Emerson. I love her and would take any class that she was teaching.
