evans is an alright guy. kind of hard tests and on multiple chapters, mainly true and false. sometimes confused me bc of the wording he used and ther could have been multiple answers that he gave but only accepted one. he curves tests only if you get a D or higher, and the higher you get the more curve you get.

I don't know how these other people can say he is a good professor. This guy says one thing during class doesn't mean to say it, goes back to examples from the first week which your supposed to remember, unorganized. READ THE BOOK AND HOPE YOU PASS HIS TESTS. This guy seems like a tough guy but hes the man. You go to class and take 4 tests (3 tests and a final). If you go to class then you really dont have to do too much work to get ready for the tests. He loves to answer any questions you have so dont hesitate to ask.

I love the class. He is a real lawyer and gives tons of real world examples, which is huge.He respects when you come to class and participate. The books required and expensive though. But I have not studied and I have a 97%. I plan on taking him for Law II and any other class I need that he teaches.

I kind of enjoy his class, but then again, law is interesting to me. I like knowing what I can and can't do legally. He's a hard teacher but if you go to class and actually read the book and understand the material you should do fine.
