Mrs. Furst was very nice and she quite obviously knew her stuff as far as nutrition went, BUT you absolutely could not trust any of her medical term pronounciations! I can't believe she taught as long as she did without knowing how to pronounce medical words.

this class is soooooo easy..she doesnt give extra credit for the magic squares anymore....but the only thing you have to do is the magic squares...the notes is useless and a waste of time to do.......i jus study the magic squares and make an 100....i highly recommended this teacher..

I loved this class. Attendence is not required, and the tests are basically the Magic Squares & some of the notes. I found her an enthusiastic teacher and I respect her alot. She is an exceptional teacher and I'd highly recommend her !

Great teacher ... all you have to do is pay attention when she says "there is a star" n hightlight it cause thts gonna be on the test and DEF do the extra credit. it helps to study too

Prof. Furst is a sweet lady; however, her pronunciation of relatively simple words is atrocious. For instance, "**** zoster" was pronounced "her-peez zoyster - like OYSTER... glycogen was gly-cRow-jen.With that said, nice lady and an easy A. Recommended with a grain of salt.

MRS FURST IS AMAZING! She knows what she is talking about..very educated in this field. I took her in the summer, the classes are long but DO THE MAGIC SQUARES!!! they help a lot in the test. She is always there to help. DEF. RECOMMENDED!!!!

Mrs. Furst is a really sweet lady. There is alot of reading and fill in notes. Lots of memorizing. This class is not easy, it requires a ton of studying. Her extra credit is really helpful for the test, do the magic squares!

She is a sweet little old woman who knows her stuff! Sometimes when you ask her a question she'll look at you like you have 3 heads, but will answer and try to help and get you to understand. She has online note print-outs that you fill out in class as you follow her power points. DO THE EXTRA CREDITS! they help to study! + extra grade points!
