Comment:

Prof. Frey cares a LOT about her students. She always makes herself available for students if they need help and she is very easy to talk to if you approach her with a problem. She expects you to read a lot of material, but this is a college class! So obviously you'll be expected to read. Very smart lady. Definitely recommend her. I learned a lot!

Prof. Frey is fantastic! I don't know why she is listed in the classics department though, I had her for history class. She is a super teacher, funny, smart, interesting. Probably too pretty to be a teacher though. Chicks don't seem to like her very much. She gives a lot of comments on my work that are really clear and helpful. Love her.

She's funny, and can be entertaining, but the amount of reading is pretty ridiculous for a 100 class, and missing class will **** you up in the long run, she assigns reading daily in class, not on the syllabus, and notes are extremely hard to take as she kind of rambles sometimes. Only take if you love history, not for GE!!

Prof. Frey is a great teacher. Her class was one of few I actually learned something in. Tests were never a surprise and on essays there was ample time and it was a very loose topic.

Very HOT! Smart. She can seem a little hard on us sometiems, but she knows her stuff and is clear. Lots of information, maybe too much, but she says it all in a way that makes it easy to understand. I would definately take another class from her.

She one of the best professors I have ever had; she is very intelligent and puts a lot into her classes. I especially appreciate that she actual reads my work and provides helpful feedback. She assigns a lot of reading, yet it is interesting stuff.

frey is absolutely the worst teacher i have ever had at state. the class itself was "easy" but she is one piece of work. she is very unorganized. there is a lot of reading and thinks that she is 100% correct, 100% of the time. she paces back and forth in the class and didn't spark any further interest in history. get a teacher who is actually good.

Professor Frey's course was ridiculously easy. Her class is very casual, sometimes a little repetitive, but I felt like she knew her stuff for the most part. The only real criticism I think I can offer is she seemed to either have trouble or just no interest in controlling her class. This just meant that we forced to listen to ignorant students.

She is a horrible professor! When you ask for help, she acts like you're "beneath" her. She interrupts you when you're in the middle of speaking, inserting her own opinion that doesn't make sense and doesn't have to do with what you're talking about. She has a massive god-coplex and she needs to actually learn how to teach before she teaches others

She is absolutely fantastic. Tries to go beyond basic facrs, gets you thinking. Lots of reading, but fun reading instead of text book reading. Lots of work. I'll remember her for the rest of my life, in a good way.

This teacher is more interested in entertaining the class and feeling "cool" than she is in actually teaching the topic at hand. I had to teach myself each and every topic that was on the tests because she consistantly failed to address the neccesary topics in class. She expects the world of her students without providing a penny of knowledge.
