There are 6 hw, 6 weekly quizzes (drops the lowest one), 1 midterm, and 1 final. Listen in class, he will give you hints on what will be on the quiz. The midterm was straight forward, make sure you do well on the midterm because the final was extremely HARD! Final= mixture of MC, matching & T/F. The most difficult final I ever took!! STUDY!!!!!

I don't want to to say this is an easy class even though I got an A. This is the second hardest of all my accounting classes I have ever taken. The hardest one is Acct 325. Everybody will have a chance to get an A. Don't just fall behind since the beginning of class. Good Luck.

Great! the class was overall very easy up until the final. Midterm, final, and a choice between 3 projects(ACL, real audit, book revision). I would suggest ACL since its easiest. He will tell you exactly whats on the midterm and final. Teaches very well and learned a whole lot. Gives lots of extra credit. Final was very tough! Curves at the end

He's too busy to give students attention. Asked for feedback on project to know I was doing correctly, no response- on final submission he said I did project wrong. I asked about final,his response:It will take me 1hr to type the 30min I explained in class, talk to your group" but I had no group (solo project)& the 1 class missed for work he knew.

Hardly touches on the material; doesn't return emails and/or telephone calls; constantly complains how much he has to do; mis-grades HW and work in general; gets overly defensive when is called on his mistakes of which he makes plenty; he is sloppy in his presentations and unprofessional in his behaviour.

Pretty easy professor. All the hw is online so attendance is not mandatory. He doesnt explain the material very well in class but is very helpful since he answers all questions in class and outside of class as well. He responds to email very quickly so thats a plus. I felt he taught the subject better individually.

THIS TEACHER IS SO NICE AND SO HELPFUL. HE MAKES ACCOUNTING INTERESTING. FIRST TIME I DONT MIND STAYING LATE. HE LETS YOU OUT EARLY SOMETIMES WHICH IS THE BEST PART. HE DOES SOME HW IN CLASS WHICH IS EVEN BETTER.

The Good: He teaches 424B as if you're taking the CPA exam. The Bad: Because he teaches this way, the class is very hard, as the CPA prep-material is very difficult. But if you can pass this class, you'll feel ready to take on the CPA, no problem. Be warned: He is dis-organize & will lose your homework.

Who's life are you kidding? Take this class else where but not him! Easy to get an A if you kiss his azz and be his pet. If you are someone who wish to learn, DO NOT take it with him because you probably end up learning WRONG INFORMATION! He made massive mistakes and many students caught his mistakes easily.
