First time taking a MLL course and didn't know what to expect, but glad I had him as my prof. He cared more about whether students are reading the material and understanding it rather than quiz/test scores. Show up to class and do the weekly assignments (short, if not interesting) and you'll get an "A". Attendance was mandatory.

Excellent professor. very easy. don't even have to read the texts, just pay attention in class because he will outline EXACTLY what he wants regurgitated on the exam. if you do run into any problems, he's extremely helpfull and caring. definitely recommend.

He is very passionate about literature and loves going off on tangents about what he sees in it. The only thing that pisses him off is when no one in class reads the books or poems. At least skim the material so you can say SOMETHING in class and he'll be more than happy. Loves it when students discuss things with him. Grades fairly, not hard.

He is a very funny person! He is a little disorganized and sometimes not so clear, but if you go to all his classes, test subjects should be on what he talks about in class and from the text book. You just have to make sure to read each chapter and take important notes about it and you are set! It's not so hard, He is a easy grader.

He's a very nice guy. Very concerned about his students doing well, though he sometimes comes late to class and occasionally brings random dogs with him...(he rescues dogs, that's how nice he is) He is very knowledgable and very patient. He will corect your Spanish, but not in a demeaning way. I highly recommend this prof for learning Spanish!

He's a great teacher! I enjoyed his lectures and he's helpful outside of class. His exams are fair with no surprises. He assigns a lot of homework but it is helpful work that really helped me engage with the language. I recommend him to everyone. If you do the work you will do well in the class, and it's really not that hard.
