Dr. Bergen was the reason why I became a Bible minor at HLG (I was usually the only female in most of his classes and my opinion was always appreciated by him). I love his teaching style and he is one of the most intelligent human beings I have ever met! I wish he could be my professor now that I'm in grad-school! He's definitely the best!!

Probably the best instructor at H-LG! An honest and caring Christian professor. Perhaps his classes are a little hard, especially his computer classes. Bible classes are great and informative. A little tough on his grading (perfection doesn't come in this lifetime). He would be better if he followed his heart and not the administration at H-LG.

This was the most boring class I ever had. He lectures for the whole class, and you take notes. It was hard not to fall asleep. He also talks in a monotone and tells bad jokes.

He is a 40ish year old with the energy of a teenager. Watch out for the briefcase! He is a wonderful teacher with a sincere heart for the Lord, and a passion to teach others the same sincerity. He has been a personal mentor for me during my 4 years. A+
