He is very fair and always give good feedback on papers. We wrote 7 papers, 6 were 500 words and one was 750. Read the text and the papers almost write themselves. Attendance is a big part of the grade especially with the 5 minute writings at the start of class. Perrin loves to be social, and comical. He is a great professor for honors.

Don't expect to learn much. If you like someone who is self-absorbed, egocentric, and anal, take the class. Most of the time is spent hearing his "life stories" which nobody cares about.

Dr. Perrin is excellent. He really knows the course material (as any professor should) but teaches what he feels should be taught, not just what he enjoys. He is willing to work with you if you have trouble with anything, and really is an outstanding professor.

I enjoyed the class I had with Dr. Perrin because he describes what he wants in full detail while still relating to the students. He uses clear, real-life examples to illustrate his points. He also introduces content that will be used outside the classroom, such as writing letters of recommendation and requests for materials. He's a fair grader.

I really like Dr. Perrin. I took him last semester and I have signed up for him again. He expects you to do work, but he also understands that stuff happens. He's also very good at helping clarify things if you have questions. He makes himself available outside the class as well. I love him as a prof! Funny too!

Dr Perrin is one of the most hysterically funny profs I have ever had, next to Landini. He is helpful, and teaches you things you can apply in the classroom. He's smart and a smartass, but doesn't make you feel stupid. Fantastic. Take his class.

Great Professor! His classes actually apply to life after college. Great sense of humor. Very down to earth and friendly. Class requires a lot, but he's the type of professor for whom you are willing to work. He is very helpful and approachable. You will advance a lot with his guidance.

Likes to talk about his family, admittedly, but Rob is that weird anomaly of a prof who though tenured, actually TEACHES a full load, DOES conferences AND WRITES publications. Whodathunkit? A prof doing what s/he is hired to do!?!?!
