Prof. Gladstone comes off as a bitter person, but once you get to know him your opinion will change. He was very easy but he made each class interesting through his very dry humor and extensive history in the travel industry. Prof. Gladstone is retiring and the Hospitality department is truly losing a dear asset.

He is the best teacher! All take home tests! you never need to buy the Text book, and he lets you leave early...Just show up, bc if u don't he'll take of 5 pts on you final grade...But he give you 6pts for going to the hmt show, so it makes up for it

His classes are not that bad. I mean he makes classes pretty easy but sometimes he gets very rude. He doesn't like helping students at all, trust me. But HMT students have no choice cuz we have only 3 professors here n they all teach different coursed too, just go to class everyday n don't be late
