Christy is a good professor that cares about the material that he is teaching. You can go to him after hours with questions and he gives good feedback. He thinks critically about situations and even though he calls himself the problem child of the political science department he is still a very good professor.

Professor Christy is a great professor who loves his work. He relies on the students to drive some of the discussion, so reading the assigned work is pretty important. Read the syllabus because he lays out when the quizzes are, and when the papers are due. He is always willing to help students out with any issues you have with the course.

You either like him or hate him. I loved him. Very energetic, very helpful, and he loves all things politics. Good news: no tests. Bad news: I wrote 7, yes 7, papers for him last semester. Their not that difficult but it is research and time. He will outline what you need and is very, very helpful. Absolutely recommend. I would take him. again.

Prof, Cristy is awesome. He is an amazing professor and makes sure you understand what is going on. I really wish he would use technology often because he does not work well with emails nor returning them. over all he is a very easy grader of curse if you are interested in the material

I had professor Christy for Intro to Poli Sci. He is very nice and energetic. He takes class time very seriously and works to the last minute but his attitude and teaching style make it tolerable. Good amount of reading & papers but if you pay attention you will do well.

Took a class with him as a requirement for my major. As a conservative, it wasn't easy listening to his rants (he's a Democrat). Other than that easy. No tests, just essays. I did very well on them. He really emphasizes on the textbook within the essays so do that with a little research and you're golden! Also easy quizzes for almost every chapter

Professor Christy is by far one of the worst at FSU. His stressing of certain words and attitude is unbelievable. He has great passion for the topic but is unwilling to help students understand where he is coming from. It's his way or the highway. A true die hard democrat. Got all 8,9,10's on quizzes but still had a B- good luck!

What an awesome end to my college experience! Had him for 3 different classes and enjoyed every minute of it. Very helpful and fun to be around. Books are a challenge but at least he understands their very high prices. You can't complain as there is no midterm/final but you do make up for it in papers. Passing his classes are a piece of cake!!!

He is the man. He's funny and energetic for his age. He make's clear points by telling stories from his life and connecting them to the material. He's very concerned with student progress. His material can become dry but other then that he was an excellent professor

Very nice guy but his class was beyond boring if you are not interrested in government. I didn't understand a single thing he went over and the papers were so vague that noone knew what to write about. Quizes aren't too bad you can pass them without reading and tests he are essay but he gives you the questions ahead of time...most of the time.

Easy class, nice teacher. Kinda confusing sometimes, and no one seems to wants to answer him during discussions. that could be because the class is at 8 in morning, though. Knows what he is talking about.
