He makes you feel bad for asking questions and if a kid is still confused after he explains the concept he gets angry, every day he talks about how bad our class is yet gets mad when we try. Handouts are rare but super important. Use his lectures and chapter summaries more than the textbook. Gives bonus quizes that only help your grade.

Very lecture heavy, he speaks in a monotone voice which makes it hard to pay attention. Reading the book doesn't help because he doesn't follow it. I missed two classes back to back and when I return he embarrassed me in front of the whole class. Stay away from this professor if you care about you're GPA

Terrible!! Unfit to be in a classroom setting. Disrespectful to students and can never stay on topic. A full semester in his class and I dont think anyone learned one valuable thing from his nonsense. An awful teacher and a harsh grader. Hard to understand at times and is not interested in giving extra help. Do not take his class!!!

Professor Huda is super funny and knowledgeable! Explains material thoroughly and reinforces it using real-world examples. He has great anecdotes and is helpful by giving out practice exams that cover the material that will be on exams. Only graded criteria includes two exams (one gets dropped), extra credit pop quizzes, and the final exam.

Awesome class! Awesome professor! Huda teaches you special tricks to help you remember the material. He provides you with ample opportunities to boost your grade up with pop quizzes which also reinforces what you've learned. The lectures are interesting and Huda is really funny. He uses real life examples to hel us understand the concepts.

Shows up late every single class. Only 3 tests the whole semester, drops lowest grade. Tests are hard and practice tests are an absolute joke. Gives pop quizzes when he decides to show up. Missed 6 classes so far, including not even showing up once with no email or warning. Nt a good teacher. I wouldn't take him again.

Yes, he's funny but his lectures blew by so quickly! And don't think about going back to the book to reinforce what you have just learned because HE HELPED TO WRITE THE BOOK.

Worst teacher at ccri hands down. Don't bother talking to him. Clearly doesn't care about students. Often comes to class unprepared without enough handouts for everyone (anything he hands out is very important). Marks correct answers wrong on tests and refuses to fix them. Department chair is of no help either. Avoid taking his class at all costs.

Amazing professor! His teaching style is spectacular. He gives hilarious real life examples that make you laugh out loud and make the info crystal clear. Sadly, a lot of kids seem to sleep through class, so he won't come over to you, but if you show interest and ask for help, he'll help you out. Tests are lecture based, so show up and take notes.

Professor is a funny, like-able guy. His practice examsstudy guides are not replicas of the exams, so it can get confusing. I recommend taking notes in class and just studying those notes. The math is basic algebra and arithmetic- easy with a calculator.

Professor Huda is a good professor but you have to meet him half way. Lectures will come to you better if you read the book as well. There are only three exams so there isn't much room to do badly. Pop quizzes are for extra credit so will help you. Do not miss class! Most of his lectures are not from the book (even though he wrote it).

Great Professor. The material was hard, but he is very straightforward about exam questions and gives you practice tests that help a lot. Attendance is a must because it's very hard to catch up once you fall behind. He makes a dull subject fun with jokes and stories about his life. I decided to take on an Economics Minor because of him.

Great professor. I am a graduate of Syracuse University and wasn't expecting much from this class. My teacher at CCRI for Macro was awful. Huda was very knowledgeable and made a very dull subject interesting. People complaining that his practice test questions were not on the actual tests; are you kidding me? Just show up to class and pay attention

The worst professor I have ever had. Tries to trick you on tests. Gets enjoyment out of failing students. You can study all you want but if you miss two questions on the test you fail. Avoid huda at all cost.

EXCELLENT professor, and extremely knowledgeable. Not an "easy A" type class, you have to earn it; however, he provides you with all the tools to pass.Follow directions, Show up, take notes on his lectures because this is what he tests you on, no need for the book. If you have to take economics, or are interested in the discipline take the class!

worst class ever. never uses the book. in class examples are completely different from what the book shows, so it is impossible to see a confirmation between the relationships of concepts in class anywhere else. lots of trick questions to ensure you're wrong even when you know the concept. points taken off for childish reasons. awful directions.

Worst teacher ever! super confusing but gets annoyed/ makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Will not help you if you are having trouble. Takes off points for no reason and gets a kick out of it. He doesn't really use the book but I suggest getting it because it explains things better. seriously awful teacher.

Even though you don't have to do assignments from the book, buy it anyways. I took his class twice after failing it the first time due to my not taking the buddy system seriously. Had it not been for my Corner Quartet, I would have failed again. Take him seriously, pay a lot of attention, and follow along with his handouts. You'll fail otherwise.

DO NOT BUY THE TEXT BOOK! The instructor passes out handouts periodically via email. These handouts contain everything that he lectures on and has sample quizzes and tests that are basically copies of the actual samples and tests. Study a bit and you should do ok. Try listening to the lecture instead of taking notes. Use the handouts.
