By far the worst professor in the comm department. She uses words no one understands, goes too quickly through notes, doesn't use the book. And makes her tests overly difficult and often includes information never discussed in class.

Bleam's personal goal is to boost her ego by making you feel bad about yours. She is crude to males not in her command, and is harsh to anyone who speaks their mind, unless they disagree with her. In classes I've had with her, she has chosen three or four favorite students and caters exclusivley to them. If you get on her bad side you're screwed.

A little crazy, but that made the class a little more bearable. She grades the outline more than the actual speech and if you think you can bs your way through this class, you might want to look for a different professor. It was fine, but lets just say, I'm glad it's over.

Definately not easy on grading. You've got to give a lil, to get a lil. Don't kiss ass, but definately cater to the ego. It's deserved anyway. Genuinely very interesting & laid back. It's ok to raze her in class... just don't tick her off. She'll let you know when you do.

She's a challenge, but it's all for your best interest. I have had very few professor who I learned so much from, both in and out of the classroom. As far as people calling her arrogant: Why should her speaking and teaching style be anything less than she expects in class: the best?

Bleam is a very intelligent person and she likes to show it off. if you have to give a speech to a group of, like, 5000 people she's the woman to talk to but she's not down to earth enough to be friendly. she comes across as very cold and disrespectful to everyone (international students included).
