Shu-Huei Henrickson is a great teacher here. Had absolutely no problem taking her class and I would recommend it to others. Don't be afraid to ask her for help if you don't understand something, she's more than willing to work with you.

She was very knowledgable, kind and hilarious. The work she expected was explained thoroughly. I absolutely loved having her for English 101. As long as you complete assignments and show up to class ready to learn you will definitely pass! Highly recommend!

She was an amazing teacher. Rock Valley messed up and told me to take English 99 and I got her. She was a really good teacher who helped where help was needed. There was a total of 3 assignments and she would go over each of them with you to make sure you got an A on the final grade. There were no tests. Super easy. Taking her again for English 101

Professor Henrickson is a REALLY tough grader. She is not very clear on her expectations when explaining projects and papers. The grading criteria on all of her papers is super demanding and time consuming.

I LOVED Prof. Hendrickson. She really encourages you to step outside of the box with your writing. One worry is that there are only 4 graded assignments in the entire semester, so if you screw one up you are kind-of screwed for the class. As long as you plan on staying an entire semester and doing what you need to, take her class!
