Easy A if you read the chapters and pay attention to lectures. Chapter tests are adequately spaced out (T/F or multiple choice). Not a hard class! If you need to be bottle fed by your professor in your safe place , Fess is not for you. The ones who have an issue with him are the ones who skip class/play on their phones. He will call you out.

I must admit, I was frustrated in his class. To be fair, today' students are frustrating. I had no idea what to expect everyday in his class. He did what he said & said what he did. I would take the challenge if I did not have a full load. He was engaging, conservative and informative. If you are weak, stay out of his class. Take the Fess challeng

He is horrible! I asked questions and got no answer just some smart "figure it out yourself" type of response. I wasted my money on this class. All he did was upload Word doc's for practice and actual exams and wanted us to e-mail them back. No student-teacher interaction. I self taught all of the material. Do NOT take his classes!

Professor Fess doesn't answer your questions, instead he just throws them back at you like you're already supposed to know the info. His tests are over a 100 questions which are multiple choice true & false but most of the material is not gone over in class. He offers no help at all and makes it seem like he wants you to fail. Do not take him!

I recommend you to avoid this teacher at all cost. He was very rude from day one. He will insult you and try to make you look like an idiot in front of the whole class. It seems as if he spends more time researching quirky insults and come backs than the curriculum.

Don't take him easy as that first week of class him and a girl got into a little debate and he have EVERYONE a pop quiz which 80% of the quiz we hadn't gone over. The course is easy but he makes it very difficult and you also have to write a 5 page essay on something about business

Mr. Fess is one of the best professors I have ever had. He expects you to study and come to class, but you will learn the material if you put forth a little effort. Mr. Fess has always made himself available to me to go over something I did not understand. If you expect to just come to class (show up only) you are going to get what you deserve.

I disagree with other ratings and reviews. Mr. Fess is a kind hearted, smart guy. His personality may be a bit different, but I laugh, along with a couple others in our my class. If you don't understand the class or the material, he may heckle you a bit, but you will leave with more than you came with. Enjoyable!

Mr. Fess is definitely one-of-a-kind professor. His dry wittiness is quick and he is easy to banter with. If you take notes, study your book and don't text!; you'll do fine in this class. Tests are somewhat easy (if you take alittle time to study); no homework! Your grade will be based on how much energy you put into learning the materials.

Mr. Fess has his own individual style. You either like him or hate him; there's no in-between. I love his sense of dry humor; he just wants his students to respond to him. You get out what you put into the class. Not my favorite subject but did enjoy his class.

Although I was encouraged to steer clear of Mr. Fess before enrolling, I really enojied his class. He is a bit monotone, but his dry sense of humor is delightful to the quick witted. He makes his requirements clear at the begining of the class and reviews all exams. All homework is bonus and the tests are easy for those who don't fall asleep!
