Tim is a great prof, but can come off a bit distant to students until your initial visit to his office. After that he becomes very approachable and friendly. In class he was a great lecturer clearly explaining material. His midterm and final were a challenge but an A isn't unreasonable if you took notes and read the textbook.

Let's all be honest here, Tim is terrible in every way a prof can be. He is boring, uninterested, lazy, and I mentioned boring, right? The midterms and assignments haven't changed in YEARS and there are copies floating around everywhere. The only thing close to evaluation is the final, so read through the slides for that.

This is one of the most boring classes in kin. He doesn't put slides up on blackboard so its really important to actually go to class, however if you read the textbook you will have a much better understanding of the topics than by just listening to him.

Its a required course so even though its really boring, everyone has to sit through it. He's a pretty good prof but don't buy the book, the slide notes are good enough. Tests aren't real bad either, just be sure to study lots for them.

Boring material, but he is a very nice professor. Very approachable outside of class. Very fair as well. How could anybody make this material interesting? His tests are great, but dont buy the textbook! Overall, very approachable and efficient professor.
