Tom is a clear and concise conductor. He is very predictable in both rehearsal and performance settings, always careful to provide the support his ensemble has been promised. He chooses interesting, fun and often very challenging works to perform, and he has a sincere interest in providing his studetns with the tools they need to perform will.
