Took PHS 111, pretty hard class to be honest.. His lectures are boring and 2 hours long, tests are very hard, assigns homework every week, during "lab" you're required to get with another student and do an assigned project. VERY PICKY- I got ten points off every assignment because he "couldn't read my name" Never been told that in my life...

He is a great teacher and his stories are hilarious, BUT he grades VERY hard. Make sure you always WRITE THE EQUATION because he has a stamp that he will use to remind you of it.... You will learn the material, but lose your sanity in the process.

Mr. Howard is an excellent teacher. I feel that I learned significantly more from his class than my undergrad classmates that took the same classes at larger 4 year universities. After you leave this university he will still be glad to speak with you and help you if he can. Great instructor and will even share his morning coffee! Highly recommended

Mr. Howard is a great teacher. He makes physics fun and interesting and still helps you when you don't understand. It may not be the easiest class in the world but definitely one you will learn in. Whoever says he's not loyal needs to have a serious reality as well as moral check with themselves.
