Professor Trippetti is a very funny, knowledgable, and helpful professor. Take notes in every class, pay attention, review, study, and do the homework and you should do fine. He really prepares you and makes you understands the material. Also come prepared for tests.

Comment:

Professor Trippetti is a great professor who cracks jokes every now and then. Though he may come across as intimidating in the beginning of the semester, he is a great guy and wants his students to succeed. His exams are fair, he gives a lot of practice for test prep, and he partially drops the lowest test score. Does rush through theory topics.

Prof Trippetti is very caring and helpful. Not only helpful for get a good grade also he gives good information about jobs and what other classes you should take for accounting major. I mean who has time for that right? Some professors dont even come on time. Im doing poorly in class only because I didnt study well. He is the best professor!

The teacher was funny. Online homework pretty much sum up what you're gonna have on the exam. He gives lots of hints before the exam (study guide). You definitely need to work to get an A.

Prof. Trippetti is by far the best & funniest teacher SMC has to offer! Took him for both Acct 1/2 & it was the best decision. The man is a great teacher. He knows the subject well, and is really there to help. His class is only hard if you don't take the time to listen, think, and study the material. I without hesitation recommend this class to anyone that is interested in Business or Accounting.

Best professor of all time, I really mean it. He is straight to the point, easiest A, funny, and amazing. I learned a lot from this professor. He does not just stick to the book, instead he tries to get the best out of us to be prepared in the real world. I would take his class a million times.

Everything went over in class was on the test, study guides were crystal clear, and the puns during lectures/on classwork were a nice touch. Prof. Trippetti genuinely cares about his students' success and understanding. Literally one of the best.

Professor Trippetti is an excellent professor who brings the "real world" into academia considering his experience as a former executive (use to be the CFO at L.A. Gear) . He is sarcastic, witty, and a bit of a cynic (in a good way) which makes the class enjoyable and bearable considering a class like Accounting which is suppose to be boring.

Prof. Trippetti is one of the best teacher i ever had. He is very helpfull and tries to help every student individually before and after class. His class is so much fun and he is a very kind person. I studied a lot and never missed a class and got a A. If you pay attention to his lecture you will pass. I will take him for Accounting 2 as well.

If you don't like sarcasm, don't him. In all honesty, he is the best professor I had so far. My class was 2 and half hours long but he made the lectures entertaining with is stories and jokes. Exams are decent but he has a lot of sources to help you. I am definitely taking him again next semester.

He is helpful. Exams are not hard, but you have to study. Tough grader. He would let you pass the class anyway. I got "C" from his class even I fail most of the exams and final exam. Also, I did not turn in any homework.

I took him for accounting 1 and he was a great teacher! He basically does the homework for you in class with plenty of other examples to practice. All the homework is through econnect online so there's plenty of ways to study. I will take him again for Accounting 2.
