Best teacher I've ever had, including grade school. His lectures are never boring, he always throws something in them to draw peoples attention. Very intelligent, funny and educated. If you are addicted to your phone i'd steer clear, however. 1% off final grade per time caught.

Dr. Miles is BY FAR the best professor I have had at Stevens. He will go over the top to help his students, and always goes out of his way to praise those who do well. He tells you exactly what will be on exams, and will give you the notes if needed. Dr. Miles is also an extremely funny and intelligent guy, who truly understands what he teaches.
