It might be a bit difficult if its the first time taking him class, but once you get the hang of his teaching its awesome! I would take as many classes with him if I could. Dr. Riggs is AWESOME. He is brilliant and makes the class interesting...sometimes. You know its political science how interesting can it get. You have to do your homework, it can be kind of long; and be there for tests and quizzes but hes pretty laid back.
