Dr. pisani was the best teacher i've ever had, his teaching methods and reversed class room lectures are the best, he is a funny guy and has a lot of stories from his experience in law enforcement, jeopardy is the best and winners get OEROS! We went on a few trips, the police academy was the best, and world trade center was cool.

The best class I have taken so far. The trips we went on were a great experience. I cannot express how much I loved this class. We saw the police academy, the district attorney's office and the courthouse, and the Queensboro prison.

Professor Pisani is a great teacher with hands-on experience with the learning criteria. He is very friendly to come to for help, he's there for his students and makes sure they all pass. Participation matters, so skipping classes isn't an option (plus why would you want to miss his class?). He makes class an extremely fun environment.

One of the best teachers you can take for criminal justice class. Reading is a little tedious, but at the end of the class period you KNOW you actually learned something that you can apply to life/ your major. He explains everything, and is constantly searching for ways to make his class more efficient for his students. He actually cares about you.

Class is a little borig unless you're really into the subject matter. There's 5 to 6 topics for debate and the research before hand can be a little annoying. I particularly don't like the fact that the class was half online and half lecture. There's no tests only maybe some short papers along the semester (1-2 pgs).

He is such a nice guy. Even if u dont do the work all year if u come to class and he knows you he will help you out as much as he can. If you like CRJ take him for DNY bc all he does is talk about that. Very accomidating.

This man is wonderful but his Discover new york teaching skills are not. All he would talk about is court cases. This man said nothing about New York in the 4 months i took this course. If you want to be a lawyer this class is for you if not DO NOT TAKE IT!!! I did every homework and participated in every class and he gave me a C.
