Shes a mess! She doesnt grade anything besides 3 exams and a paper. The exams are hard and packed with a bunch of information she doesnt explain adequately. Her lectures are extremely long and boring ( you will need a large coffee in order to stay awake). If you have a choice dont take her class!Especially if you love psych bc you will hate it!

She's OK. She's nice, but not the greatest professor. Her lectures are OK, but the class isn't usually that engaged. The test are somewhat hard, but there is a lot of extra credit, so my grade always balanced out. There were two or three tests. There is one essay that I didn't find hard. She is late to class quite often, so you can get there late.

The class is a complete lecture, so it can be hard to stay focused. The only grades are 3 exams and 1 paper. The exams are multiple choice/matching/short answer but its a lot of info you have to remember especially psych examples. I used her powerpoints and outlines for my study guide. Extra credits are pretty easy and adds 1-2 pts to your average

This is a seriously warning for anyone want to take her class. Don't waste 1 hour 15 minutes of your daily life on this class. This class is more like a listening class, she give no mind if you understand or not. Everything is in the freaking powerpoint which 20 slides to 30 slides, tests are long and hard. So please stay away from this.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take Lacombe. She is terrible. She rambles on & on in class. It's very hard to keep up, she doesn't explain anything, she assumes you know what she's talikg about. You only have 4 grades for her class so if you don't read the outlines & PowerPoints you will fail. She just isn't a good teacher in any way, shape, or form.

Stay away from Lacombe!! I took a freshman psychology class with her and she is absolutely terrible. She does not tell students about assignments or exams coming up and expects you to be prepared. She is at least 10 minutes late every day and always has an excuse. Save yourself the stress and take it with someone else.

The typical class consists entirely of lecture, which is sometimes hard to follow. She moves pretty quickly, and will move even faster if she's stopped for questions. However, she does post powerpoints for each chapter to basically outline everything she went over, so the class shouldn't be too difficult if you are looking over those.

she may be a doctor, but she is an AWFUL teacher. dont take. i was excited to take psych, and she just crushed my hopes. she is so disorganized, will be talking about something and mid sentence jump to something else. plus she must have adhd becuase doesnt know have to sit still. sshe is constantly dancing around the room & pulling her hair out.

HER CLASS IS THE WORST!!! SHE CONSTANTLY TALKS THROUGHOUT! BARELY INTERACTIVE WITH STUDENTS. HER TEST ARE RIDICUOUSLY HARD!! YOU HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION TO HER CRAZY TALK AND WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!! SHE GIVES ONE PAPER WHICH IS VERY EASY AND GIVES ALOT OF EXTRA CREDIT (WORTH ONE POINT EACH) AND ITS ADDED TO YOUR LOWEST TEST SCORE. WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

So incredibly scatterbrained. Her lectures are so hard to follow because she will stop halfway through and forget what she was talking about.
