Towell gets 6 stars in my book. I am not great when it comes to math and it takes one hell of a person to teach me. Hoping for a C+ or a B in the class just because I prepared to fail. I do not understand some of the basic concepts that math has and I was ecstatic to find that the videos that were provided helped. If he can teach me, he can teach U

He is very understanding and gives extra credit for showing your work. He genuinely cares about his students and wants you to succeed. I had a rough time with the class simply because I did not have a good basis to go on. I have always hated algebra and this class was no exception, but he tried to make it as painless as possible.

By far one of the best and nicest professor I have ever had. However I really wish that I did not take his class online because the tests were 80% of the grade and the homework was only 20% which really hurt my grade. Do NOT take Mr. Towell for an online class! However I would love to take more classes with him.

He was a pretty great teacher. My favorite thing was how excited he gets about the material. Every time he finished a problem and then turned around with a smile and said, "Now, do you believe that?" I smiled.

Took this class online which made it a little difficult. But great teacher and generous when it comes to giving point. also very understanding and willing to help. Would definitely recommend him. I wish I didnt take the online class though.

His tests aren't east but he give LOTS of points for showing your work. My test grade increased by 20% on a test because of showing work. Also he his extremely kind and understanding. He is willing to work with everyone.

Very kind person. He gives points on tests very generously for showing work. This brought my grade up 20% on that test. Amazing professor and always willing to work with his students. I wish i had met him in person.

I took his classes back in 06 and 07, but wow! He's so helpful. He really wants you to learn and will do his best to make sure you're understanding. Would definitely recommend him. I only wish I had teachers like him nowadays...
