Comment:

One of the best professors that I have had. I took BUS 205 with a different professor and did not do very well. But I took Bus 305 with DePaolo and got an A in the course. She made the course so easy to understand and was always willing to help. She is always available for help. She was even willing to help me with a project for a different class.

Comment:

One of the best business teachers I have had so far. Very knowledgeable about the subject and provides many resources for you to use. If you did good in BUS 205, then you will have no problem in 305 with this teacher. Often extends due dates of homework and allows for you to redo exams. Highly recommend taking 305 with her.

Best professor I have ever had, because she teaches in "layman's" terms, uses real-world examples, integrates Excel, experiments with newer software programs such as Tableau, Statcrunch, and other resources, answers all questions, makes sure students understand content, apply material, and earn their results, continuous self improvement, humorous.

She was great. Super nice and always willing to help students out. One time I emailed her about a question on homework kind of late expecting her to respond tomorrow and she emailed me back that night, which I thought was cool.

This was one of the best classes I have ever had. She made the material very easy to understand. She is also very organized and she really cares about her students. If you ever need help with anything do not hesitate to get in touch with her.

She is an amazing professor she wants to help out the most she can. She gives you resources and second chances for almost everything graded in class. There are quite a number of assignments but do go to class because she goes through and explains alot in class so you understand. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. DePaolo is so nice, there are daily quizzes after each class. If you fail a test she will allow you to retake it, and offers plenty of extra credit. Be aware for forecasting and calculus though!

Comment:

Dr DePaolo makes herself available for help. She is especially helpful to students that care about succeeding in her class. This was a difficult class for me, but with her help and guidance outside of classroom hours, via email or office hours, she helped me get a B in the class. Great Professor!

She was a very helpful teacher when I had a question on homework. Homework is only about 10 questions per chapter and you have about a week to complete it. Tests are super easy if you do the study guide before.

One of the best Statistics professor to take. Great notes and straight forward. Open notes test, technology is a must in this class. She kinda stresses the importance on each lesson but its like any other lesson in any other class. Provides study guides and tells you whats in each test. Easy teacher, made it an easy class.

Dr. DePaolo is a wonderful woman! She takes a difficult and complicated subject and makes it easy to learn. She lectures so well and offers so many opportunities for you to learn the subject matter. Uses MyStatLab and daily participation quizzes. Such a great professor. I would recommend her for any and all stat/business courses on campus.

I wasn't sure what to expect becuase I found BUS 205 hard, but she makes the class so much better! One of my favorite professors I've ever had! She knows the material and explains it in a way that is relatable. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO TAKE HER FOR STATS DO IT!!!! TRUST ME!!! SHE'S GREAT!

She is one of the best professors that I've ever had. Stats can be difficult, but she is always willing to help whenever necessary. She is prompt in email responses and really tries to make sure everyone understands the material. Plenty of opportunities for questions and help!
