Another hurrah for David! What a guy. Coolest professor I've had - always super interesting to talk with, whether about course material or not. Will toss a frisbee with you. Lot of reading & interesting group discussion; a focus on critical understanding of material and drawing one's own conclusions. Very available and approachable - and admirable!

David is awesome; he really challenges his students to think in different ways and to consider alternative perspectives. He does go off on tangents a lot that seem unrelated (and sometimes they are pretty pointless) but I learned so much from his tangents that I never would have otherwise. He's a really knowledgable, sweet man.
