Notes, tests, transcripts, etc., are written in jibberish. Literally jibberish. It's difficult at times to read what is being presented. He may be a nice guy but the material is questionable at best. For example, in the command injection lesson, he farms out the majority of the instruction and material to OWASP -- you have to learn it yourself.

Super helpful - very approachable during office hours and quick to reply to e-mail. Workload was manageable and grading was fair. Lectures can be hard to understand at times, however.

Comment:
Good professor. Very difficult to understand at times, and he teaches a lot of shallow material, rather than going too deeply into anything. (E.g., in CS 301, we learned about a half dozen programming languages.)

He's a good teacher, but his accent makes it really hard to understand him sometimes. Gives a lot of help, and has nice notes online. If you can take him, you ought to.
