This class was miserable; she really helped me out in her office hours, though; I practically lived there. You have a chance to fix your grade by anywhere from 1/4 credit that you missed to 1/2 credit, sometimes 1/3, based on her discretion for the class. She's super nice; I hear a lot of people complain about her, but I was a huge fan.

As everyone said, horrible voice at first, but you do get used to it. Extremely helpful and a very very strong professor. Knows her stuff and conveys it well too. Class not mandatory at all. Took 7 quizzes and dropped lowest 2. Had 3 exams and a final, if better you can count your final twice and drop the lowest of the other 3 exams Highly recomend

The subject matter is dull but she explains calculus in clear concise methods and while i sruggled with calc in college, i found she made it very easy to learn. HW is not required or graded and semester is composed of 4 tests and she drops your lowest and replaces it with ur final if its higher (final is non-cumulative) take her!

Difficult and dull subject, but she really does as much as she can with it. She is extremely clear and fair with grading (gives many opportunities to bring up grades by dropping a few of the many quizzes and allowing you to make test corrections after the fact and earn a fraction of the points back). Very kind, caring, and willing to help you.

Good teacher. She writes very small and speaks quietly, but she's helpful. If you study hard, the tests are manageable. Quizzes are easy and help raise your grade. Final Exam isn't bad at all. Take this class.

Take notes and you'll be fine. She also goes over every homework and if you have questions she will help. Once in a while she throws a curve on the exam but they aren't so tough.

Very good teacher. Always gives plenty of time for students to ask questions, quizzes are straight from the homework as well as tests and skips over the extremely difficult stuff we don't need to know that much. Always has time to help you out if you're confused and will try and do whatever she can for her students to help them with whatever.

Good Teacher, gives plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Gives extra credit. Quizzes come straight from the homework. Tests can be remedied for +30% of the missed question points. She also ends class as much as 30 minutes early leaving that much time for you to stay and have her explain anything unclear to slower students.

Her voice can get aggravating to some, but she teaches very clearly and her tests are pretty fair, she does tend to throw some crazy curveballs every now and then, but she seems to understand when tests were too hard and will adjust the next test accordingly. Definitely take this class shes a good teacher.

Look no further for MAS 110. The material is taught very well, and she avoids the unnecessarily impossible stuff. Quizzes come STRAIGHT from the HW, but you do have to attend class regularly cause she doesn't say when she gives them (she gave us 15 and dropped 5...) Exams are very fair. She ends class early. She's the best.

BEST TEACHER EVER!!....so easy and actually goes out and outlines every single part of the chapter 4 u...voice can b annoying but u get used 2 it...TAKE HER IF U CAN!
