Nice man outside of class. Incomprehensible lectures and lack of engagement with material. Tests are easily aced if you study power points. Frequently goes off on tangents, though, and does not cohere with the syllabus. Also took an upper level class - same comments... seems like he's just coasting on tenure until retirement. Avoid.

If there were ever the epitome of the word curmudgeon, it would be Dr. Dalto. He's a really nice guy, outside of class, but I don't think he's very effective at teaching the material. Work your way through PS204 if you've got to, but try to avoid him.
