Had professor for Business Law over 17 years ago. Still remember topics discussed. He is not only good, he is an EXCELLENT professor!! I've been an Internal Auditor for over 10 years now, and will never forget the experience gained from his professor. He may be challenging but I promise that you will know your subject. That's what really counts!!

Professor NEVER GIVES OUT A's... (Said so himself) whoever claims that they got an A from him is lying. Wilkerson is hard!!! Everything is take home, but you need to work at it. Its no easy ride. His classes hardly relate to the material so get the book, nonetheless, To this day I still talk to him, He's the reason why I enrolled in Law School.

I took him for Law 251 & 252, great professor, I got an A in his class.. Take home midterm and final plus a take home paper. You cannot beat that. Most students are just lazy. Prof Wilkerson gives you some real life situations, I did not only learn law, I also learn't life lessons. Take him and you would not regret him..

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE! His syllabus & grading makes it so you do not pass! You can get all A's (which is almost impossible) but as soon as that one negative comes along your grade goes down. All take home tests but there are 20 and take 2 hours EACH to complete. Too strict of a grader esp on the final project. If you want a good GPA dont take him

Did all the work got the highest grade on the midterm in the class (only grade he gave back) and highest in the take home quizzes. I got a C. Everybody thinks he's an alright guy when they first meet him. I admit I did to. At the end of the year I thought he was Okay, until I saw my grade.

I hate to sound like a broken record but like everyone else below me I must agree and say that this guy was horrible. He does nothing but talk about his family Take home mid-term and final but both are very hard. One paper that he grades very hard. Do check google tho, turns out some of the cases he gives you actually happen in real life.

spent the entire semester talking about his family and personal beliefs. took more than half the semester to go over the constitution and then raced through the rest of the material. didn't give back grades on project or final. just midterm. worst professor ever. avoid at all costs

I really enjoyed his class. He very helpful and easy. Exams are take home what more can you ask for and extra credits available towrds final grade. I recommend him, you learn and remember all his life teachings plus the topic he is teaching.

He wasn't that bad. I came to class expecting the worse, but not even close. He is a hard grader. The work is not that bad nor difficult to follow. His research paper seems easy, but must worry about structure and correct way of explaining circumstances in paper. I got a B and very happy with what I learned.

So if you have no other choice but to take him just agree with everything he is saying, stay quiet, and look like you are paying attention to him.
