Sometimes runs off on tangents during lecture. Not too difficult, one group paper which makes it really easy. Quizzes were not too difficult. No final exam.

Dr. Krone is a great professor. She shows a lot of care and really enjoys class discussion. She is great a remembering things you brought up in class and will talk about them. There is an average amount of work.. 3 quizzes, 1 "speech" on a hot topic and 3 papers in partners.

I took two classes with Kathy and got in A in both. As long as you go to class and show some interest in the material she will grade you easy. Only 1 take home essay test and a group project that isn't bad at all. Lectures are boring however.

She is NOT clear WHATSOEVER on what she expects out of you for this course. Her syllabus says one thing but apparently she expects another. Two tests and one final group project. She DOES offer extra credit, and DO IT, that little extra credit made a two letter grade difference in my final grade!

This class was very easy. We had only one test. I never read the book and received an A on her exam. The group project wasn't to difficult. Overall, Comm 498 is a "bird course" cause you just fly right through it.
