She is a very sweet person to have conversations with, but for classes it is very difficult to take them with her. You never get any of your assignments back, or know your grade for the entire semester. It is mostly just a guess what grade you'll receive. You get a syllabus but she doesn't follow it.

Vick is driven by concepts across a variety of subjects, and requires you to do the same. She wants you to read the textbook. The lectures require you to look back at material. When I took Vick for zoology and embryology both times were horrible. She gives you a syllabus and doesn't stick anywhere close to it and assigns work and forgets about it. Lecture is a nightmare with her, each slide is just a picture or diagram that she will go off on a tangent about for the whole hour and only 5% of the information is on the exam

I love Dr. Vick! Even though she is a tough grader, makes you work really hard for what you deserve. I have gotten pretty low grades in her classes but she is still my fav professor and if she sees that you're not giving up on trying to do well in her class, she will like you for who you are. She will do her best to help you out, but youhavetowork.

She is a very sweet lady and whenever you need advise she's there for you but when it comes to your coursework she is vey unorganized. She doesn't return back your graded assignments. You never know what your exact grade is in her class. She is hard to follow during lecture because she jumps all over the place from powerpoint slides to the book.

DR. Vick is by far my favorite bio prof at North Park! Her classes are challenging and she has high expectations for her students, but if you are willing to work hard and learn then you will have no problem. She is a brilliant woman and is fascinating to talk to.

I love Dr. Vick she is the sweetest woman! Her class is somewhat challenging I was expecting it to be a breeze but it did require work! She's willing to help you at any tim, just ask! Keep up with the notes and go to class! If she tells you to do something DO IT she's not always clear on things that are due. I also took ETHO and Marine w/ her

this lady is NUTS! she closes her eyes when she speaks. it seems like she is on another planet. her dialogue class was soooo easy. i can barely write a paper and got an A in that class. she is weird but a very nice lady. i just couldnt stand everytime she spoke she is looking at the inside of her eyelids. that is the readon i never went to class

An Ex-hippie who will close her eyes in the classroom and talk about the souls of leaves and the aura of butterflies. Nice lady, but get the feeling she probably rolls around naked in piles of grass when she isn't working.

I ended up in this class by accident, and it was BY FAR the hardest of my college career. I found Linda to be quite helpful and invested in my success even though I didn't have a clue what was going on in the class. In the end, things ended up ok.
