Very good professor, she is extremely nice, but she is stearn so you must pay attention. I didnt have to study too hard and I got an A+ in the class. A lot of extra credit is available in this class. Thank you Mrs. Herrera for being an awesome teacher!

Want a teacher that believes in you, this is the one to take. She wants students to succeed. At the end of her class she does this whole sentimental bit on why education should be a priority. She makes you want to get an A and not only that, get that degree.

GREAT TEACHER! I would recommend her for anyone considering sociology. You need to pay attention in class, and know the vocab. sometimes you don't even need to read the chapter if you know the info she went over and your vocab. She's great about giving you study guides with everything you need, and making tings interesting.

The best professor i have ever had! she is very cool and helpful. i love her way of teaching. There is a dump comment about her saying that she is not a good teacher, well Do not believe it. If you need to take sociology class take it with her, i strongly recommend her.

VERY COOL TEACHER. The absolute best lecturer I have ever had. She knows how to speak! The tests are not extremely easy, but she knows how to teach so well that tests are a breeze. Made the class so much fun. If there were more teachers like her, I would have no problem getting a 4.0 GPA.

Professor Herrera is a well spoke and educated teacher. Her voice is easy to hear and her good teaching ability makes it easy to understand what she is lecturing about. I have heard rimors of Professor Herrera not being a teacher at Cuyamaca next semester;which is terrible for I might take sociology as a major and really want her as my professor.

Definetely not a difficult class. Study your vocabulary, read the text and you'll be fine. Ms. Herrera is up to date on current events in which the class is always open for discussion. Lots of extra credit. Oh yeah, she wins the "best dressed" contest on campus in my book. EASY A!

She is a great professor, very knowledgable and helpful. She is very understanding of the students. She accepts that all students have a life outside of school and works with her students. She is a wonderful teacher. Easy class! so many extra credit that can raise you grade up. It is easy to get an A in her class. I like her class, I like how she teaches. I wish I have her to be my teacher in every classes I take.
