Fantastic teacher! Louis is a great stats teacher and I'm so glad I took his class. He's a very releaxed and super helpful professor, I wish he had more classes, I would take all them with Louis!! Take him over anyone else in the stats department.

Prof. Watanabe is an excellent teacher, bar-none the best statistics teacher at BC. He's extremely helpful, fair, and a really nice guy who is very approachable when you need help. It's a difficult subject, but Louis made it as fun as possible and much easier to learn (and I leanred a TON). He's very willing to meet outside class if you want help

Mr. Watanabe has the world's craziest laugh, it's really funny. Attendance is not mandatory in his classes, however, he does pay attention to who's slacking and who's working. His classes are moderately easy if you do all the assignments. Communication is key. He is willing to stay after class to help with any questions. GREAT TEACHER.

Mr. Watanabe is the BEST! he's super nice and very helpful. the homework is reasonable and the tests (midterm and final) only take about 30 minutes. group project is interesting, just make sure you don't get stuck in a bad group! overall, GREAT class and great teacher. You can really learn a lot about business without too much pressure.

Very intellectual and brilliant guy. He is very funny and every once in a while comes out with jokes only a few people can understand. He is overall a very cool guy and i did fine. His teaching style is not the greatest. This was a very simple class so you should do fine. You might just need to spend an extra half hour on hw.

i absolutely LOVED him!! he doesn`t really check attendance, EASY class. checks notebook once a qtr meaning all hws assigned also. i barely used my txtbook but USEFUL for final cuz it`s open book! goes over hw everyday, come to class so you know what`s going on. bright guy, easy going, very nice. stutters a lot but you don`t care after a while :]

Hillarious laugh. not excellent teacher. pretty unclear on directions. & don't expect to learn anything about statistics or formulas from class. you have to learn it yourself from the book. Most people who take the time to study and get good grades can do it @ get A's if they're really passionate.

The only thing amusing about his class is his laugh. Other than that, he is confusing. He goes on tangents, and his tests are mostly not related to what he is scribbling on the board. Difficult tests, but he usually gives re-tests. He is boring too, but really tries to help if you ask. Tests only work if you study every possible example.
