Had the hardest time understanding his unorganized lectures. Difficult to follow his HW packet because questions are multiple choice which has nothing to do with his lectures and very little to do with his bookHW packet. Avoid if you're not a physics geek!!

He really tries to put humor in his topics. If you come into class with a good attitude you'll actually understand what he is saying. My class was big and the ones who complained about him were the ones who didn't study outside of class,

he was really a lot of fun. lectures were enjoyable (and that says a lot, from a person who doesn't like science at all). he plays music in the beginning of the lectures to introduced the topics discussed. very fun teacher, easy stuff to learn...and he grades on a curve!

Homework not mandatory or graded, but is for your benefit. Qwirky funny at times, good for a few chuckles. Uses own book, which has all the notes done for you, because he wants you to watch his demonstrations which you can't do if ur taking notes! HA! Tests straight from study guide/hw. 2nd half of semes tougher, stick with it and still get an A.

This class is the best of its kind to meet requirement. Conceptual physics isnt for everybody but if you dont have ADD you will get an A with little effort. The lab for this class is easy, just read the manual in advance. Nothing too in-depth, just lots of little things to keep tabs on. People like the guess what happens next lecture style, cool!

this class was a piece of cake. hw isn't required- its for your benefit (even though he does collect it). IF YOU DONT LIKE CHEM, TAKE THIS CLASS. the only difficult part of the class is getting past his accent. at first its hard to understand him with the accent but you get used to it.

HE WAS FUN AT TIMES BUT I HAVE NEVER ONCE NOT FALLEN ASLEEP DURING LECTURES. EASY A, ATTENDANCE IS UNNECESSARY EXCEPT ON TEST DAYS WHICH ARE ONLY 3 OUT OF THE WHOLE SEMESTER,(INCL. FINAL) AND TWO ESSAYS TO TURN IN.

A complete waste. That this is so popular with students is a sad comment on how corrupt our educational system has become. Yes, it's easy, disgracefully so. It pretends to be a science course, but isn't: it's nothing but gimmicks, totally irrelevant to anything whatsoever. I have also seen the prof bully students, on three separate occasions.

It is a consummate disgrace that this class is given for university credit, since it is completely brain-dead. The prof is a scientific and intellectual incompetent: laugh at the prof's not-very-funny jokes, fill out workbook forms, and parrot what he says without understanding anything of consequence about science, and get an A.

Dr. Bucher was one the best science teachers I have ever had! He made you want to go to his class. His teaching style is unique and one of a kind! Who knew learning can be so much fun! I not only learned some awsome Physic's concets, but some awsome teaching strategies through him! Don't second guess him or his class! It'll be an experience you'll never forget!

This is one of the easiest classes that I have ever taken. All you have to do is turn in a blank scantron, he returns it with all the right answers for the homework, copy it down in your homework book, and he copies and pastes questions from the homework
