I had mark as a professor for J1. Our very fret assignment (that I worked extremely hard on) EVERY single person in the class FAILED! I was absolutely terrified of him. However, if you let him, he will teach you everything you need to know. I ended up receiving the highest grade on our final. Give him time and patience.

I wasn't a fan. He's a smart man who will make you think, but overall, he's not necessarily patient or insightful. One thing I noticed about him, is that he takes himself quite seriously for a younger professor, which is usually a negative, and he tends to only reach out to a few students. I guess I didn't make the shortlist.

I LOVED HIM AS A PROF. Sure, he was a hard ass, but having him made me work harder in all other courses. The other journalism professors [George mostly] grade far too easily and make you feel like you're still in junior high. Having Mark was a blessing in disguise, I'm completely anal about what I write now. Gold star for the rapper! : )
