Mike is the textbook definition of a solid professor! He makes you earn your grade, nothing it given. He gives out ALOT of work but not useless busy work. He has a great understanding of what he teaches and does a great job explaining it. His exams are short answers but he grades his own exams and will give credit if he feels you understand it well

When he grades your tests, he doesn't mark off for stupid mistakes, he is a very reasonable grader. If he assumes you knew what you were doing but wrote it wrong on paper, you will get full credit.

Dr. Totaro is probably the most caring college professor I have ever met. He generally cares about his students, and his grading is very easy. He gives a lot of homework though.

Having Dr. Totaro as a first time freshman at UL.. I was extremely fortunate. Super genuine teacher and perso. Really wants to see his students succeed. His door is always open for more help and he is very giving with partial credit. Can't wait to take him again.

The best teacher ever...The only teacher I've had outside of a math class that actually taught and did wast time with powerpoint. Very lenient grader, study homework for test. His words, "I look for the opportunity to award points, not take them away" Extremely true. The only professor at ULL that I would say is a genuine person.

Dr. Totaro is a great professor. Homework assisgnments are graded,4-5 points, but that is simply to make sure you stay on task. He is extremely fair in his grading practices. He is one of the most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Do the work, make the grade.

Dr. Mike is the best teacher I've ever had! He is very clear and will answer any questions in and out of class. He grades more than fairly. INFX 101 was a lot of work but I made a B pretty easily. He is the NICEST Guy too! Such a great guy and You can tell he genuinely loves his job and has a passion for information technology. Class was fun too with different activities such as a guest speaker and hands on work. We also worked with Google App inventor which was really interesting. GREAT PROF

Dr. Totaro is an amazing teacher, his test are hard but are mostly the same questions as the homework which he assigns a lot of, he is the best professor I had at this school and he will do anything for his students even if you are no longer a student. Nicest guy ive ever met as well
